Usage tip: place a few drops of oil under your tongue and keep it there for 30-45 seconds. This allows the cbd (hemp extract) to absorb into your body. Start with a base dose and stick with it for up to a week. If you feel you need more, increase with 1-2 drops a day until you find your sweet spot, or take the drops several times a day.
